About Lip Care & Special Formulations
Most store-bought lip balms use micas for a tint or synthetic fragrances that irritate sensitive skin. I keep my formulas strictly zero-tint and focus on a base of Beeswax and Vitamin E, specifically adding SPF 15 to ensure you get actual sun protection along with deep hydration for everyday use.
When I started Ahan Naturals, I wanted to simplify my own routine. I found that many products claimed to be natural but still used waxes and additives that didn't actually help with long-term hydration.
Why I Keep It Simple
My lip balms are built on a simple foundation: Vitamin E, Jojoba Oil, and Beeswax. I avoid artificial micas or heavy scents because, at the end of the day, your lips need barrier protection, not just a glossy look. The addition of SPF 15 is non-negotiable for me because we often forget that lips are just as susceptible to sun damage as the rest of our skin.
