A Day in My Life as Your Advocate
People often think law is just books and courtrooms. The reality is daily hustle, constant movement, and fighting for your rights on the ground.
People often think a lawyer's life is easy, but the reality is a constant hustle. This shows the truth of rushing between different courts in Delhi to make sure every case gets the attention it needs.
Some think becoming a lawyer is simple. This video shows the reality of the daily grind, from navigating traffic to managing a busy schedule at the courthouse.
This montage captures the essence of my work. It involves a lot of travel, reviewing documents on the go, and preparing for court appearances to ensure I am always ready to represent you.
About A Day in My Life as Your Advocate
You might see me in these photos rushing between Saket and Rohini courts, but that hustle has a clear purpose. When I handle your property dispute, my daily routine involves physical filing, arguing your application before the magistrate, and tracking status updates so you do not have to spend your days waiting in court corridors.
Being an advocate in Delhi means more than just knowing the law. It means knowing the rhythm of the courts. Whether it is Tis Hazari, Saket, or Rohini, every court operates differently, and success comes from knowing how to navigate those nuances.
Why Physical Presence Matters
Property disputes, inheritance issues, and title searches require boots on the ground. When I conduct a property title search or due diligence, I am personally at the Registrar’s office verifying ownership history. I do not rely on third parties because I know how easily papers can be missed or misrepresented.
My Daily Process
- Document Audit: I start by examining your documents—Registry, Power of Attorney, or Rent Agreements—to check for legal validity before we ever go to a judge.
- Court Appearances: If we proceed to litigation, I handle the arguments personally. I do not just send a junior; I show up to represent your side, argue the stay applications, and ensure a proxy is present if a hearing gets adjourned.
- Strategic Roadmap: I provide a clear picture of whether a Civil Suit, Summary Suit, or Police Complaint is the right path for you. No fake promises.
My approach is built on 'sakaratmak soch aur nirantar prayaas'. I do not sugarcoat the reality of the legal system. If a settlement is the smarter, faster route, I will tell you. If we need to fight, I will be the one standing there, file in hand, ready to argue your case.
