About this collection

You won’t see me just standing at a podium. Most of my day is spent in the administrative trenches, from checking item numbers and navigating court corridors to drafting complaints when the police fail to register an FIR. This on-the-ground work is where your case is actually built, long before we face the judge.

Being a lawyer isn't just about the moments you see in movies. It is about the long hours spent in the law library reviewing precedents, the frustration of finding out a judge is on leave, and the persistence required to follow up on a legal notice sent via speed post. My practice revolves around this reality.

Whether I am appearing at Karkardooma Court for a criminal matter or filing a civil suit at the Delhi High Court, my approach remains the same: keep it transparent and evidence-based.

My Daily Process

  • Case Preparation: Every successful argument in court is the result of hours of drafting and strategy. I focus on collecting solid evidence, whether it is chat history, agreements, or bounce memos, to ensure we have a strong foundation.
  • Court Presence: I am active across Delhi's major district courts. This means I understand the local nuances and registry processes, which helps in getting dates, filing rejoinders, and securing stay orders without unnecessary delays.
  • Client Advocacy: When you work with me, you get the truth. I will tell you exactly where you stand, whether the situation is in your favor or if we need to adjust our strategy. I handle the paperwork and the court procedure so you don't have to navigate the confusing legal system alone.

If you are dealing with a property dispute, builder issues, or harassment, remember that the law is on your side, but you need a clear path to access it. That is what I am here to provide.
