My Journey as a Delhi Lawyer: The Real Struggle
People think being a lawyer is all courtroom drama and shouting matches. It is not. It is mostly hard work, late nights, and a lot of grit. This is the reality behind the robe.
This reel is inspired by the words of Avadh Ojha sir, "Sher Bano" or "Be a lion". It reflects the strength and confidence required in the legal profession to fight for your clients.
One of the most satisfying moments is meeting your teachers and making them proud. It was an honor to see them in court and show them the professional I have become.
About My Journey & Motivation
You might see the suit and the tie, but that is just the uniform. My real work happens in the files, the queue management at the court counters, and the late nights prepping for the next hearing. If you are struggling with a legal issue in Delhi, I am the guy who tells you the truth about your chances, not just the version you want to hear.
Reel vs. Real
I often see people disappointed when they step into a real courtroom for the first time. They are looking for high-stakes drama, objection-heavy shouting, and instant justice. The reality is quite different. It is about patience, documentation, and hours of waiting. I share my journey because I want my clients to understand that effective legal representation is about the grind, not the theatrics.
Why I Do What I Do
My path to becoming a lawyer in Delhi was not paved with gold. It was built on a desire to solve actual problems for people who get stuck in the system. Whether it is a traffic challan that has spiraled out of control or a family dispute that needs a practical resolution, my goal is to guide you through the process as smoothly as possible. I am still a student at heart—taking my LLM exams alongside my practice—so I know exactly how much confusion there is for both law students and clients.
My Approach
I do not promise 100% wins because that is not how the law works. I promise transparency.
- No Sugarcoating: If your case is weak, I will tell you. If we have a shot at a fine reduction in the Lok Adalat, we will go for it.
- Process-Oriented: From navigating Saket, Dwarka, or Tis Hazari courts to handling the mParivahan database glitches, I focus on the technical details that actually solve your problem.
- Mentor-Mentality: I treat my clients the same way I treat the law students I mentor—with clear, actionable advice and zero nonsense.
