About Modern Waves, Curls & Ponytails
My approach focuses on structural integrity and precise product selection. I use professional heat protectants and setting sprays to ensure that sleek high-fashion ponytails or voluminous waves remain consistent throughout long shoots, minimizing flyaways and volume drops under studio lights.
For professional shoots, the goal is always hair that survives hours under studio lights without losing texture or volume. My kit is built around this reality.
I rely on high-performance products like Schwarzkopf Osis+ and TIGI Bedhead to ensure hold without the unwanted residue that high-definition cameras can pick up. Whether we are aiming for sleek, clean lines or textured, cascading waves, I use ceramic and tourmaline tools from Dyson and Ikonic to maintain hair health and shine.
The process starts before the first shot is taken. We review the mood board, the outfit neckline, and the lighting setup to determine the right silhouette. During the shoot, I stay on set to handle continuity, monitoring for stray strands and ensuring the volume stays consistent between takes. If you need added volume or length, I am experienced in the seamless application of clip-in extensions.
I travel throughout the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and globally for destination shoots, bringing the same level of preparation and on-set support wherever we go.
