My process includes setting up character cutouts, thematic backdrops, and organic balloon arches that fit your venue size, with a 3-hour setup time to ensure everything is ready before your first guest arrives.

What I Bring to the Party

- Organic Balloon Art: I move away from generic balloon bunches. I use a mix of pastel or metallic balloons to create arches and organic styles that feel modern and fresh.
- Full Service Setup: I bring my own gear, including LED lights, sequin walls, and props. For most indoor venues in Panvel, I arrive 2-3 hours before the start time to get everything installed and cleaned up.
