Home & Terrace Haldi Decor
Backdrop & Structure
- Dimensions: Standard 8ft (Height) x 10ft (Width) frame suitable for living rooms or terraces.
- Draping: High-density pleating using Polycotton or Satin fabrics in Yellow, White, and Orange.
- Florals: Artificial Marigold (Genda) garlands creating a curtain effect with artificial tuberose hangings. (No fresh flowers).
Furniture & Props
- Seating: 1 decorative Loveseat or traditional Sankheda wooden chair.
- Props: 2-4 Brass pots (Matkas), Urlis, or Rajasthani umbrellas.
- Flooring: Red/Green carpet or white sheet covering the stage area (approx 10x10 ft).
- Signage: Standard Sunboard cutout (e.g., Happy Haldi).
Logistics
- Crew: Setup and dismantling by a team of 2-3.
- Timing: Setup completed 2-3 hours prior to event.

Stage Configuration
- Backdrop: Circular Ring Frame (6-8ft) or Rectangular Frame with custom theme Flex Print.
- Balloons: Organic style semi-arch with 400-500 air-filled Latex balloons (Metallic/Pastel mix). (No Helium).
- Cutouts: 3-4 Sunboard character cutouts (approx 3ft height) on stands.
Cake Zone & Lighting

Stage Setup
- Size: Approx 24ft to 30ft width suitable for banquet halls.
- Design: Heavy Artificial Floral Wall (Hydrangeas/Roses) OR Fabric Draping with floral borders.
- Furniture: Premium Wedding Couchette (Gold/Silver/Leatherette) plus 2 side chairs.
- Lighting: 10-12 Power Can LEDs, fairy light curtains, and decorative acrylic chandeliers.
Entrance & Walkway
- Gate: Themed Box Arch or Floral Arch with Welcome board.
- Aisle: 6-8 Decorative Pedestals with artificial floral bouquets or LED trees.
- Carpet: Red or Patterned runner from entrance to stage.
Photo Zone & Seating
- Photo Booth: Separate 8x8 ft setup (Floral ring, Sequin wall, or Green wall).
- Seating: Chair bows/sashes for the first 50 chairs.
Manpower
