My Signature Mashups: Custom Bolly-Tech and Afro-Desi Beats
You aren't just getting a standard playlist; you're getting custom edits that exist only in my studio. From Gujju Drill to Afro-Desi, these are the sounds that keep the dance floor moving.
An example of my experimental sound which I call "Gujju Drill". This is a concept video where I mashed up a UK Drill track by Central Cee with a classic Garba song by Falguni Pathak.
This is my "Afro-Desi" sound in action. I created an edit of Arijit Singh's 'Chaleya' with an Afro-Pop rhythm, showing how Bollywood vocals can fit perfectly into different genres.
I created this crossover that blends AP Dhillon's 'With You' and Taylor Swift's 'Love Story'. This concept video shows how I can find common ground between two completely different artists to create a new vibe.
About My Signature Mashups
I produce every one of these mashups in my studio, meaning you won't hear them anywhere else. Whether it's blending a Falguni Pathak track with UK Drill or weaving Afro-Pop rhythms into Arijit Singh's biggest hits, I create these tracks specifically to keep the energy unpredictable and the crowd hooked for hours.
A standard playlist is fine for background noise, but if you want people to stop talking and start dancing, you need more than just the original tracks. My approach to mashups is about finding the 'vibe' that connects two completely different worlds.
Take my 'Gujju Drill,' for example. It sounds like a clash—UK Drill's heavy basslines against the rhythmic energy of a Garba classic—but it works because both genres are built for movement. My 'Afro-Desi' sets follow the same logic; I take familiar Bollywood vocals and drop them into Afro-Pop or Tech House pockets. It is familiar enough that people sing along, but fresh enough that they don't even realize they are listening to something totally new.
I do not just 'play' music; I edit and flip it live. This means if you are booking me for a private party or a club night in Mumbai, you are getting a set that is tailor-made for that specific crowd. I am constantly working in the studio to find new crossovers—like blending AP Dhillon with Taylor Swift or taking 2000s Bollywood staples and giving them a modern club punch.
If your crowd is bored of the same radio edits, this is how you fix that. We keep the tempo high, the transitions sharp, and the energy moving from 9 PM until the last person leaves. Let us create a sound that is yours, not just another generic mix.
