I know your pet isn’t just an animal—they’re family. My job isn’t just to give them a haircut and send them home. I want them to feel relaxed, clean, and a bit more themselves after a session. Sometimes, they come in nervous, and that’s okay. Chinta mat karo (Don’t worry), I always go gentle, especially with first-timers or shy ones.
