My Story

12 saal pehle ek photo thi, wahi se sab shuru. Tab samjha nahi, par yoga aur meditation ne sab kuch badal diya. Bachpan se ek hi race mein daud rahe the - school, naukri, phir kya? Life usse bahut badi hai. Main aksar pahadon, nadiyon ke paas shaant baithta hoon, wahi asli sukoon milta hai. Tension sabko aati hai, mujhe bhi. Par yoga ne mujhe andar se align kiya. Jaise Osho kehte hain, 'सारा जीवन एक नाटक है!' Bas, ab zyada tension nahi leta.
