About Race Day: The Finish Line & The Fight
We do not just put up ribbons and walk away. When we manage your race, our team is on the ground physically marking technical XC loops with limestone powder and ribbons, while trained marshals sit at every critical junction to ensure safety. It is the attention to these small, practical details during the route design that makes the difference between a generic event and a high-stakes, authentic MTB experience.
Behind the Race Logistics
Organizing a mountain bike race in the Himalayas is about more than just finding a trail. Our team, led by national-level riders, handles the heavy lifting so you can focus on the ride. We leverage our own experience as racers to ensure the course is challenging but fair, whether we are setting up a single-day XC sprint or a two-day stage race.
What We Bring to the Trail
- Course Design & Marking: We handle physical trail marking using ribbons and limestone powder to clearly define XC loops in Mukteshwar and the wider Nainital region. We provide pre-race recce rides to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Safety & Manpower: Your riders are our priority. We deploy stationary marshals at critical junctions, utilize sweep riders to monitor the tail end, and maintain a standby Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance for every race day.
- Timing & Operations: From manual stopwatches to coordination for digital chip-based systems, we manage the clock so you get accurate results. For our pro-tier events, we even handle government liaison, forest department permissions, and provide GPX files with elevation profiles.
