Years of riding in Ladakh and Kumaon taught us one thing - skill matters, but fitness is what lets you enjoy the ride. At WTH MTB Adventures, our goal is simple: we want you feeling confident and strong on your bike, whether it’s a short local trail or a long expedition. Hum yahi chahte hain (That’s all we want).
Personal Approach, Real Progress
We start with a fitness assessment - we look at your cardio, strength, flexibility, and bike skills. Then, we set practical goals together. Whether you want to tackle longer rides, improve technical sections, or just boost overall speed, we help you map out a plan.
Training Focus Areas
- Cycling endurance workouts for multi-day trails and tough climbs.
- Mountain bike strength training for power and control, both upper and lower body.
- Flexibility exercises for bikers to support posture, handling, and injury prevention.
- Trail technique: handling, braking, cornering, plus jumps and drops.
- Recovery - rest is key, and we teach how to use it right.
How We Train
Dedicated group sessions in Jaipur (SOP Arena) for the MTB Wanderers community, three times a week at sunrise. Integrated training also runs in our tours and workshops, from Mukteshwar to big expeditions, covering everything from sports nutrition for cyclists to trail-side skills.
