It all starts with selecting the right hamper base. For the Goa event, we chose these elegant, reusable trays with a beautiful floral print.
Sourcing the perfect fabrics is key to matching an event's theme. This rich, shimmery blue fabric was used to wrap the hampers, making them elegant and reusable.

When I took on the SV Hospitality launch, I had 48 hours to source, assemble, and style 150 hampers. That is the reality of event gifting—it is rarely a perfectly calm process, but it is always rewarding to see every detail, from the green ribbons to the custom logo tags, come together on the big day.

My Process
From my studio in Banashankari, I handle the full scope of your project. I start by understanding the event vibe—like the Roman-themed hampers I curated for the Gladia launch—and then move to sourcing fabrics, snacks, and keepsakes that fit that vision. I manage the bulk production, quality checks, and final assembly.
Logistics and Scale
I have shipped orders as large as 200 units to Goa and handled rapid-turnaround projects in Bengaluru. Because I manage the process from end to end, I can incorporate custom elements like branded tags, logo-printed chocolates, or specific colour-coordinated ribbons that represent your company.
I understand that large events have tight timelines. If you have a specific deadline or a large quantity requirement, I prefer to discuss it early so I can source the right materials and ensure everything arrives on time.
