Hand-Painted Anime & Pop Culture Accessories
I bring your favorite anime scenes, manga panels, and pop culture moments to life on your gear. Whether it is a Studio Ghibli backpack or custom-themed sneakers, let's turn your idea into a wearable piece of art.
This is the full view of the custom Studio Ghibli LV Takeoff Backpack. I stretched the starry night scene across the entire bag to create a totally immersive piece of anime art.
The best part of this Totoro backpack is what happens when the lights go out. I used glow-in-the-dark paint for the eyes and stars to give it a whole other life at night.
Replicating Hayao Miyazaki's magic is no joke. This video gives you a glimpse into the long process of painting the Ghibli-inspired scene, layer by layer, onto the backpack's leather surface.
"If you don't take risks, you can't create a future." Here's a close-up of me painting the intricate details of Luffy on a pair of custom Jordans. Every line is done by hand to get it just right.
The art isn't just on the front. I made sure the dreamy cloudscape wraps around the entire base and pockets of the backpack for a complete look from any angle.
Here you can see how the artwork integrates with the bag's original features. Totoro peeks over the front pocket, right next to the LV logo, making it a true custom piece.
About Anime & Pop Culture Creations
Painting on luxury leather like Louis Vuitton or Goyard is not just about the surface art. I focus heavily on the prep work, including chemically stripping factory wax and applying adhesion promoters, to ensure the paint flexes with the bag rather than cracking. When I add glow-in-the-dark elements to a design, I am building specific layers so they pop at night without ruining the finish during the day.
I treat every commission like it is my own. Whether you want a complex scene from Demon Slayer or a subtle One Piece detail, the process starts with a digital mockup to make sure the art actually fits the flow of your bag or wallet.
Why the Tech Matters
I use Angelus Direct leather acrylics because they are designed to move with the leather. My typical workflow for a complex bag transformation involves:
- Surface Prep: Deep cleaning the leather to remove factory finishes so the paint bonds permanently.
- Mockups: We finalize a digital layout so you know exactly where the character or scene will sit before I touch the bag.
- Execution: Using fine-detail brushes for line work, especially for anime panels where facial expressions are everything.
- Protection: Applying a pro-grade matte or satin finisher. You should be able to use your gear, not just keep it in a display case.
From Hyderabad to Your Door
I am based in Hyderabad, but I ship across India. If you have a vintage piece that has seen better days or a brand-new item you want to personalize, I can work with that. I am just as much a fan of this stuff as you are, so I take the 'hidden details' seriously—like placing a character inside a pocket or adding glow effects that only reveal themselves in the dark. Let's talk about your idea and see what we can create.
