You will be pushed to execute jump smashes and quick-fire net shots even when your legs are burning, because that is exactly how match pressure feels.
Why we do it this way
In a match, the fatigue usually hits when you are down 18-19. We train to bypass that. Our sessions prioritize movement mechanics and tactical consistency over casual play.
- Multi-Shuttle Drills: We use constant feeding to force repetition. You will hit, recover, and hit again until the movement becomes instinct.
- Explosive Power: We focus on jump smashes and rapid court coverage. We do not just teach shots. We teach you how to maintain shot quality while you are physically exhausted.
- Doubles Coordination: Timing is everything. We run specific rotation drills to ensure you and your partner are not just playing on the same court but moving as a unit.
