First Kicks Football Training for Toddlers
Our First Kicks program for 3.5 to 5-year-olds turns football into a playground. We focus on motor skills, confidence, and pure fun to build a strong foundation for every little athlete.
Welcome to the organized chaos of First Kicks. It's all about big energy, lots of giggles, and having the time of their lives, even if they don't know where the goal is yet.
See our First Kicks program in action. We introduce basic athletic movements through playful activities like hula hoop trains, building teamwork and coordination from the very first day.
We believe in teaching first values alongside first kicks. After every session, our littlest players learn responsibility and teamwork by helping coaches pack up the equipment.

About First Kicks: Fun & Fundamentals (Ages 3.5 - 5)
Forget structured matches—at this age, it is about learning to love the ball. We turn sessions into games where your child builds coordination, balance, and spatial awareness using hula hoops, agility ladders, and soft footballs. It is managed chaos, carefully designed by licensed coaches to keep them safe and smiling while they master the basics.
We believe the best way to teach a 4-year-old football isn't by explaining offside rules, but by letting them navigate a 'hula hoop train' or chase a balloon. Our First Kicks program is built on the reality of toddler attention spans. We keep sessions short—45 to 60 minutes—ensuring they stay engaged without getting overwhelmed.
Every drill is intentional. When they dash through cones or balance on one leg, they aren't just playing; they are developing motor skills and muscle memory. Our licensed coaches (UEFA, AFC, AIFF) handle the sessions, ensuring your child is in a safe, enclosed school environment rather than an open park.
Parents often ask about the transition from play to pro. We don't rush it. This program is purely foundational. We maintain a high coach-to-student ratio—roughly 1:6 or 1:8—so every child gets the attention they need to feel confident. Whether your child dreams of being the next pro or just wants to burn off energy, we create an environment where the game is always fun and the discipline is invisible.
