From grassroots training to lifting championship trophies. We proudly present our Dream Team Women's team, champions of the league. This is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and the professional pathway we build for our athletes.
The journey starts here. Our 'First Kicks' program is specially designed for children aged 3.5 to 5 years, focusing on multi-sport basics, motor skills, and creating joyful first memories with sports in a safe and encouraging environment.
We believe in building complete athletes. Our training at The Dream Team Academy combines agility drills using ladders and cones with technical skills like shooting practice, ensuring our players are prepared for every aspect of the game.
We are more than just a training program; we are a complete football ecosystem. From beginner drills to tactical sessions with our licensed coaches, we provide a clear pathway for players to grow, compete, and chase their professional dreams.

About Featured
We don't believe in makeshift spaces. Every session, whether it’s our 'First Kicks' toddler program or elite academy training, takes place on secure school-managed grounds in Delhi NCR. We keep our coach-to-student ratio low—roughly 1:6 for toddlers—to ensure every child gets the attention they need to build confidence and coordination.

Our Coaching Pathway
- First Kicks (Ages 3.5–5): This is where it starts. We use hula hoops, agility ladders, and soft footballs to develop motor skills and coordination. It’s all about giggles, confidence, and early memories.
- Grassroots Academy (Ages 6–17): Once the basics are set, we move to technical fundamentals. Led by AIFF, AFC, or UEFA-licensed coaches, we focus on tactical positioning and discipline. We conduct quarterly assessments to track stats and skill growth, so parents can see tangible progress.
- Dream Team Pathway: For players eyeing scholarships or professional leagues, we offer intensive training and structured match exposure. This is the 'pro' layer where we push for excellence.
Why We Train Differently
We never conduct sessions in open public parks. We utilize secure school sports complexes in New Friends Colony, Noida, and Gurgaon, ensuring a safe, enclosed environment. We also prioritize match experience—whether it’s inter-center scrimmages or our flagship School Soccer League. For us, football is a journey of growth, and we are there to ensure every child gets a fair chance to write their own sports story.
