Cheers to a weekend well spent. A group of friends and new acquaintances raise their freshly made cocktails, celebrating their creations at the end of a hands-on mixology class.
The vibrant red setting of this Delhi workshop matches the energy of the group. Here, participants are fully engaged, learning techniques and enjoying the cocktails they've just made themselves.
We love adding a festive twist to our workshops. Here, our mixologist demonstrates how to create a special Christmas-themed cocktail, complete with seasonal flavors and garnishes for a holiday celebration.
A behind the scenes look at how we develop our Mixology 2.0 experience. Our team is tasting and refining advanced cocktails, discussing new techniques to elevate the workshop for those who want to deepen their skills.
We also explore the sweeter side of spirits with our Dessert Cocktail Making workshops. This image showcases a layered mango and cream cocktail, a perfect example of blending the boldness of spirits with the comfort of dessert.
About Hands-On Cocktail Mixology
You do not just sit on a bar stool watching someone else pour. Here, you get your own dedicated station with all the professional kit, including Boston shakers, jiggers, and strainers. We start with the basics of layering and muddling, but the real fun kicks in during our Mystery Box challenge where you invent a drink using surprise ingredients right on the spot.
Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who knows their way around a spirit shelf, our sessions are designed to de-mystify the craft. We move away from stuffy tutorials to a space that feels like a friend’s kitchen party, complete with music and flowing conversation.
We lean heavily into the stories behind the spirits. You will learn about the Indian roots of punch, originating from the Sanskrit word 'panch' for five, and see how we integrate indigenous ingredients like kokum, jaggery, and tulsi into classic cocktail formats.
Our workshops are not just about following a recipe card. They are about understanding flavour profiles. You will work with premium labels like Jameson, Beefeater, and local craft gins such as Stranger & Sons to create three distinct cocktails. By the end of the three-hour session, you will walk away with the ability to replicate these drinks at home and a deeper appreciation for the science behind the shake.
