We believe the magic starts long before the big day. From sun-drenched Haldi ceremonies and intimate Mehendi afternoons to thoughtful recovery lunches, we design pre-wedding events that set the perfect, joyful tone for your entire journey.

A video tour of the bright and happy Haldi in Vietnam. We filled the indoor space with tropical energy, playful details like Vietnamese masks, and fun activities to keep the celebration going despite the rain outside.

A burst of color for the Haldi ceremony, with vibrant yellow and orange flowers, fresh fruits, and a playful pink sign. Every detail was designed to feel fresh, bright, and full of love.

The main seating area for the Haldi, featuring a backdrop of falling marigolds and traditional umbrellas. This setup provided a beautiful and auspicious spot for the couple's ceremony.

A sacred start to the celebrations in Phú Quốc with a Mandap Pooja. We created a serene setting with a stunning Ganesha backdrop made entirely of flowers, overlooking the beach and palm-lined coast.

The pure, unadulterated fun of a Haldi ceremony. We create the environment, but it's these moments of laughter and joy between the couple and their loved ones that truly make the event.

An intimate moment between the couple at their 'Gulnar' Mehendi, set at an ancestral home in Delhi. The historic, carved stone wall provided a stunning, meaningful backdrop.

The 'Gulnar' Mehendi seating, where we used the home's existing art and charm as part of the design. The decor, inspired by the pomegranate, featured vibrant pinks and reds against the lush garden.

About this collection

We don't just plan a party; we plan the recovery, too. My favorite detail we've introduced is the Revival Lunch—post-party afternoons with IV drip therapy and foot massages so your guests can actually enjoy the festivities instead of nursing hangovers. It’s about keeping the energy high without burning everyone out before the main ceremony.

Pre-wedding events are often treated as warm-ups, but we see them as the pulse of the entire celebration. Whether it’s a Haldi in the gardens of Umaid Bhawan or a Mehendi tucked away in an ancestral Delhi home, these moments need to feel effortless.

Designing Your Pre-Wedding Vibe

  • The Haldi: We focus on the 'golden hour' energy. It’s not just about marigolds; it’s about the lighting, the tactile comfort of the seating, and ensuring the environment can handle a bit of a mess—because if you aren't getting covered in turmeric, you aren't doing it right.

  • The Mehendi: This is usually the bride’s moment to breathe. We prioritize comfortable, relaxed seating arrangements where you can sit for hours without feeling restless.

  • The Concept of 'Recovery': After a late-night Sangeet, guests are often exhausted. Instead of another high-pressure event, we pivot to relaxed, open-air setups. Think organic gardens, live food counters, and comfort stations designed to reset the mood.

Why It Works

We have spent 36 years handling destination logistics, from the beaches of Vietnam to palaces in Jodhpur. We know exactly where the friction points are—weather, transport, and guest fatigue. When we handle your pre-wedding logistics, we are managing the flow of the entire weekend, ensuring that when you hit the main wedding day, everyone is refreshed, present, and ready to celebrate.
