My Story
Namaste from Shakti Yoga Studio. Life for me is all about Shakti - that energy in everything. You’ll catch me dancing, painting, singing with friends, sometimes humming Kailash Kher, sometimes just lying on the grass, prakriti ki god mein (in the lap of nature). Yoga isn’t just stretching - it’s connecting with your own story, like Natarajasana’s dance or Virabhadra’s strength. I try to bring that feeling to my classes, so you feel the Shakti inside you too.
My Work
Classes & Services - We offer online yoga, studio sessions, Hatha Yoga, meditation, medical yoga for thyroid and other issues, pranayama, weight loss, and kids yoga batches.
Yoga for Everyday Problems - Back pain, stress, high BP, sleeplessness - we use rambaan ilaaj (panacea) yogic techniques for real relief.
Smart Yoga for All Bodies - Har body har asan ke liye ready nahi hoti (not every body suits every pose). We use props for safe, smart yoga, no jor, no chot, sirf sahi technique (no force, no injury, only correct technique).
More Than Asanas - We go beyond poses: pranayama, meditation, myth-inspired yoga, and community retreats for tan, mann, aur atma (body, mind, soul).
