About Our Serene Sanctuary: The Roseate
Choosing the right therapy depends on what your body needs. If your screen time has left you with eye strain, my Netra Tarpana therapy using warm medicated ghee offers immediate, focused relief. For deeper physical tension, my rhythmic Abhyanga massage uses over 100ml of warm herbal oil to penetrate stiff muscles and improve circulation in ways that standard relaxation massages often miss.

My Approach to Therapy
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain from office hours, poor sleep, or general anxiety, we start by understanding where your imbalances are.
- Traditional Abhyanga: I use long, rhythmic strokes with warm, medicated Shankara Naturals oils to encourage lymphatic drainage and soothe your nervous system.
- Shirodhara: For those with a racing mind, this slow, consistent stream of herbal oil on the forehead is the most effective way I know to induce deep mental silence.
- Marma Therapy: By gently stimulating specific energy points, we can release blockages that hold physical pain and emotional stress in place.
Practical Details
My goal is to make sure you walk out feeling lighter than when you arrived. All express therapies, such as our head and shoulder treatments, are perfect for a quick reset if you are short on time. For full body rituals, I recommend the 90-minute options which include access to our wet areas like the steam room and sauna to help your pores open and fully absorb the herbal oils.
