Custom Theme Backdrop & Balloon Package
Backdrop & Structure
- 6ft x 6ft (Circular) or 8ft x 8ft (Rectangular) main structural frame.
- Matte-finish flex printing on a truss frame with personalized text and graphics.
Balloon Styling
- 400 to 500 latex balloons in an organic cluster arrangement.
- Mix of Chrome (metallic), Pastel (matte), and Confetti-filled balloons.
- Includes foil accents (Stars/Moons) and thematic paper props.
Props & Furniture
- Rental of standard neon phrases (e.g., Happy Birthday) mounted on the backdrop.
- One LED Marquee Number (approx. 2ft height).
- Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals for cake and favor display.
- Basic carpet or rug matching the theme for the photo area.
Logistics
- Setup takes 2 to 3 hours.
- Includes dismantling after the event.

Full Venue Stage & Entrance Decor
Grand Entrance
- 10ft x 10ft floral archway or box structure.
- Mix of fresh greenery and high-quality artificial blooms (70 to 80% frame coverage).
- Welcome easel stand with personalized board and floral swathe.
Main Stage (16ft - 20ft Width)
- Layered fabric draping (Satins/Silks) with floral wall panels or hanging chandeliers.
- Premium 2-seater velvet couch with two side tables.
- Focus lighting (PAR cans) and ambient uplighting in theme colors.
- White or red carpeting for the stage platform.
Walkway Styling
- 4 to 6 floral pedestals or tall candelabras placed along the aisle.
- Themed props (painted cages, pampas grass) based on client selection.
Manpower

- Birthdays: From baby’s first to grown-up bashes, I go all in on themes, custom backdrops, and those Instagrammable birthday backdrops everyone wants. Balloon arches, neon signs, and light-up numbers? Bas, ho gaya kaam (That’s all you need).
- Baby Showers & Naming: I bring home baby shower decoration ideas to life, whether you want classic blue-gold or pampas grass and boho feels. My ‘Oh Baby’ neon and cute props get lots of “aww” reactions.
- Anniversaries & Proposals: Love deserves drama. I create romantic anniversary event styling with fairy lights and floral arches. For proposals, my cozy tent-and-candle setup is a hit for private, filmy moments.
- Bachelorettes: Colorful, fun, and very “Insta”, with balloon garlands and cheeky neon signs.
Any Space, Any Size

My Story
Hey! We’re Nirvana Event and Decor. Started out wanting to flip the usual wedding planning on its head - more boutique, more personal. Over 500 events, still chasing that perfect vibe, whether it’s a wild mehendi or a dreamy reception. Details matter to us, like flower entrances or quirky photo corners. And yeah, we’re obsessed with food too, so we opened Kurrylicious. For us, it’s all about making every moment feel like a fairytale, but with real laughs.
