We don’t do the old-school 'per-plate' billing because it rarely adds up for home gatherings. Instead, we calculate costs based on the actual quantity of food, meaning you get the full wedding-style buffet setup—complete with brass chafing dishes, linen, and professional service staff—without paying for extra heads who didn't show up. It is a smarter, leaner way to handle a party, letting us focus on making the Dal Makhani and Butter Chicken taste like they came straight from a premium kitchen.
