Behind the Scenes: How I Create My Fashion Content
Ever wonder what goes into making a reel or a campaign shoot? It is not just the glam; it is battery struggles, quick outfit changes, and a lot of hustle. Here is a peek at the real process behind my work.

About Behind The Scenes
People often ask if I have a massive crew, but the reality is just my iPhone, a gimbal, and a lot of trial and error. When we shoot, I’m the model, the stylist, and the director all at once, managing everything from finding the right light to fixing makeup mid-shoot. Whether we are in a junkyard or a quiet park, the 'magic' you see on screen is really just me trying to keep my storage space clear while getting that one perfect take.
When I plan a shoot, it is not about finding a fancy studio; it is about finding a vibe that works. For the editorial shoots I do across NCR, I handle the location scouting and prop sourcing myself to keep the aesthetic cohesive.
My content creation process usually involves three phases:
-
Concept & Mood Boarding: I map out the visual theme first, whether it is retro Bollywood, festive ethnic, or minimal streetwear. We decide on the colors and the energy we want to capture.
-
The Practical Grind: This is the messy part. Managing battery levels, cloud storage, and natural lighting on my iPhone is a daily struggle. If you see me carrying three bags, they are usually filled with styling props and outfit changes, not just my makeup.
-
On-Set Agility: Whether we are shooting in a junkyard or Nehru Park, I am constantly pivoting. My fashion styling sessions for brands focus on making merchandise look aspirational yet achievable.
I do not believe in over-editing my content. I prefer raw, high-energy clips that show the reality of the shoot. If you are a brand looking for authentic fashion reels or a lookbook that connects with a real audience, this is the process I bring to the table. I keep things unscripted and real because that is what actually converts.
Kritika
I’m Kritika, and I am just a girl who loves turning everyday moments into fashion stories. Whether I am styling a street-style look or managing a full-blown brand campaign, I keep it 100% real. My process is messy, fun, and totally unscripted—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
