What I Do
I handle grooming for both dogs and cats. Here’s the usual routine:
- Bath with anti-tick pet shampoo, plus massage
- Towel and blow dry
- Coat care: brushing, de-matting, trims (I avoid full shaves for double-coated dogs unless vet says so)
- Hygiene: nail trim, ear clean, teeth brushing, sanitary area tidy-up
Special Touches
I get that pets have quirks. If your furry one has health issues like arthritis or gets anxious, I go slow and gentle. I use muzzles only if your pet is super stressed or it’s absolutely needed. Got a vet-prescribed shampoo? I’ll use it, no fuss.
