About From Our Workshop to You
Getting a 300kg granite boulder or a delicate marble statue delivered safely is not just about shipping, it is about crate construction. We use export-grade fumigated wooden crates, corrugated separators, and foam-in-place technology to ensure your sculpture arrives in the same condition as when it left our Makrana workshop.
The Craft of Stone
It starts at our Deawali Colony studio. Our murtikars do not just shape stone; they interpret the natural grain of marble and granite. Whether it is a 4ft abstract sculpture or a 500kg granite boulder, the journey from block to masterpiece involves patience. We grind, polish, and detail each piece until it matches our standards, not just the order requirements.
The Logistics of Stone
Shipping stone is technical. We do not use standard courier services. Our logistics team treats every dispatch as a custom operation. For massive landscape boulders (350kg+), we use industrial tension belts and steel-banded pallets. For intricate Buddha statues, we use custom-cut thermocol encasing that mimics the silhouette of the sculpture, preventing even micro-vibrations during transit.
Transparency Throughout
We provide visual updates throughout the manufacturing phase. Before your piece leaves Makrana, we often share videos of the final polish or the packing process itself. If you have ordered a signature boulder, you see exactly which rock has been selected for you. Our goal is to ensure the excitement of receiving your stone art is not overshadowed by anxiety about transit damage. Whether it is a delivery to a farmhouse in Nashik or a project in Singapore, our crates are built to protect the legacy of the stone inside.
