Featured Rescue Animals & Adoption Stories
Don't shop. Rescue. Meet the survivors from across Bengaluru who are done with the streets and ready for a permanent spot on your couch. They are not strays, they are family waiting to happen.
My life started in the most painful way. I was abandoned at a clinic, left with no fur, pus in my eyes, a broken leg, and maggots on my body. But then, a kind human came to my rescue. Now, I'm Durga. My fur is growing back, and even though I’ve lost both my eyes, I’m learning to walk again. I may not see the world, but I can feel the love around me, and that's all that matters.
This is Reva, a gorgeous little pupper who is all joy and playfulness. She is a perfect example of the healthy, happy dogs our community rescues and fosters. She is waiting for a family to call her own.
Meet Kitkat, a tiny fighter with a huge spirit. Found dumped under a tree, she has some neurological challenges and is visually impaired, but her will to live is unbreakable. We believe every animal, including those with special needs, deserves a loving home.
This is the whole point of what I do. It's about the simple, pure happiness that comes from giving an animal a home. Look at them. Be happy with what you have, and please, adopt pets, stop buying them.
This is the India I believe in. Amidst the chaos of the Amritsar floods, locals united to save this stranded dog. This is the compassion and kindness that fuels our work every single day.
This sweet and gentle Golden Retriever was recently found near Seegahalli. He is healthy, playful, and incredibly affectionate. Many purebreds like him are abandoned and deserve a second chance at a family.
From being unwanted on the streets of Shivamoga to being welcomed like a princess into her forever home. This is the journey of a rescue. This is what happens when you choose to adopt. These are the stories that keep us going.
Just look at this adorable trio of rescued kittens. They are dewormed, litter-trained, and full of life. We often have siblings and bonded pairs who would love to be adopted together into a warm, safe home.
About Featured
Adoption is a serious commitment. Every animal featured here, from kittens to rescued purebreds, comes with a complete medical history and a personality profile. We do not just hand them over. We conduct strict house checks to ensure window meshes are secure and that the space is genuinely safe. This is not to judge you. It is to make sure these survivors never end up abandoned again.
People often ask if we run a shelter. We do not. We act as a voice and a bridge between a neglected animal on the streets of Koramangala or Kanakapura and a home that actually wants them. When you see an animal featured here, know that they have been through a lot. Many were abandoned, some were victims of accidents, and others are just survivors who did not fit into someone's perfect lifestyle.
The Adoption Reality
We are transparent about everything. If a cat is visually impaired or a dog has past trauma, we tell you upfront. We are not here to sugarcoat the responsibility. You will get clear details on their vaccination, sterilization, and temperament. Our goal is to set you up for success, not just to move an animal.
Why We Screen
We have zero patience for people who dump pets when things get tough. Our screening process ensures your window meshes are secure, your gates are safe, and your family is ready. If you cannot handle a house check, please do not reach out. We do not want these animals going from the streets back into a situation where they might be discarded again.
Commitment
If you are ready to be a parent, not just an owner, reach out. Do not buy a life when you can save one. Whether it is an Indie pup needing basic training or a rescued purebred requiring medical care, these animals are looking for their humara (ours)—a real family that stays for the long haul.
Cares
I am not a fancy shelter, just someone who refuses to walk away when an animal needs a voice. I connect abandoned, rescued souls with people in Bangalore who understand that love is not something you buy.
