Find Your Inner Peace through AstroVastu
Anxiety and overthinking often stem from your home’s energy. Let's align your space to restore your emotional clarity.
Mental health is often ignored, but issues like overthinking and anxiety can be linked to your home. An imbalanced East of South-East (ESE) zone can cause anxiety, while the West of North-West (WNW) is linked to depression.
To reduce overthinking, avoid placing a temple, burner, or red color in the ESE zone. A toilet in the WNW is good for detoxification, but a kitchen here must be treated to prevent emotional distress.
This video explains the remedies for dosh in the ESE and WNW zones. Sleeping in these zones can also cause sleep disturbances and other issues related to mental well-being.
The West of North-West (WNW) is a very important direction for mental health. A dosh here can lead to feelings of depression and demotivation. A toilet here is fine, but a kitchen needs treatment.
Addictions, whether to substances or even a child's addiction to screens, are often linked to a dosh in the West-North-West (WNW) zone. This is a zone of detoxification, so a toilet here is beneficial.
The WNW zone is for detoxification, so activities like sleeping or cooking here can lead to depression and addiction. Placing a dustbin or having a toilet here is good, but avoid anti-colors like pink or green.
Here are the treatments for a dosh in the WNW zone. Placing a clock here can also contribute to depression. This zone should only be used for detoxification activities to maintain emotional balance.
Life stability is governed by the South-West zone, while mental stability comes from the North-East. If you feel mentally stuck or have poor decision-making power, you must check your North-East zone for any imbalances.
A toilet or kitchen in the North-East is a major Vastu dosh with no remedy and will severely impact your mental health. A dosh in the South-West will create instability in your job, relationships, and life.
This video shows the remedies for dosh in the NE and SW zones. Even small things like a red vase in the North-East can cause mental instability, so it is important to be mindful of colors and objects.
About Find Your Inner Peace
Mental clarity often starts with the environment where you spend your time. If you are feeling consistently anxious or stuck in your own head, it might not just be your schedule—it could be an imbalance in your North-East or West-North-West zone. These areas act as the 'brain' of your home, and when they are blocked by clutter or anti-elements, your mind feels the fog too.
In my practice, I have seen how simple shifts in a floor plan can change how you feel day-to-day. Mental health is not something to be ignored, and often, the remedy is far simpler than you imagine.
How Your Home Impacts Your Mind
Your home is a map of your subconscious. When I analyze a space for peace of mind, I look at specific directions:
- North-East (NE): This is the zone of clarity and wisdom. If this area has a kitchen or heavy clutter, your intuition gets blocked, and you might find yourself missing red flags in life.
- West-North-West (WNW): This is the zone of detoxification. When this area is imbalanced, it can lead to depression, anxiety, and a feeling of being 'stuck' in negative patterns.
- East-of-South-East (ESE): If you are prone to constant overthinking, check if there is a heating element or red color here. This zone needs to be light to stop the mind from racing.
My Approach to Healing
I do not believe in breaking walls or heavy construction. My AstroVastu method is about precision. By using colored tapes to balance the five elements or repositioning furniture to avoid 'churning' zones, we can neutralize the dosh. Whether you are dealing with stress, sleep disturbances, or emotional turmoil, we start by marking your 16 directions on a floor plan. We will then have a focused session to create a practical, step-by-step remedy plan that fits your life without needing structural changes.
