The Home Celebration Setup
Backdrop & Display
- Structure: Single 8ft x 8ft backdrop using a circular ring frame or rectangular panel with matte-finish themed flex.
- Balloons: Organic garland styling (approx. 400 balloons) draping one side. Uses standard latex balloons in theme-coordinated colors.
- Cake Setup: Set of 3 cylindrical metal or accordion plinths with one basic cake stand.
- Props: 2 to 3 Sunboard (foam) 2D character cutouts (approx. 3ft tall).
- Signage: Basic vinyl name personalization applied to the backdrop.
Kids Seating & Logistics
- Capacity: Floor seating setup for up to 10 children.
- Furniture: Low-height wooden tables with themed floor cushions or rugs.
- Transport: Includes logistics and labor within city limits.
The Venue Transformation Package
Entrance & Main Stage
- The Arch: Custom-fabricated 8ft x 10ft entrance gate (painted MDF or Styrofoam styling) with balloon clusters.
- Backdrop: Multi-layered stage setup (12ft to 16ft wide) using arch panels, shimmer walls, or printed flex.
- Key Props: 2 to 3 large cutouts (4ft to 5ft height) made of high-quality painted MDF or light 3D Styrofoam.
- Lighting: LED par cans for stage uplighting and a custom neon name sign.
Kids Zone (20 Children)
- Furniture: Kid-sized Chiavari or cross-back resin chairs.
- Dining: Long tables with themed printed flex runners, paper plates, cups, and napkins.
- Activity Station: 1 manned stall (e.g., Photo Frame decorating or Slime making) with materials for 20 kids.
Guest Area
- Adult Tables: Themed centerpieces for up to 5 round tables (artificial floral bunches or props).

What I Actually Do
- No copy-paste parties here - I design custom themes and handle every detail, so each celebration feels unique.
- I make large-scale birthday party props - think hand-painted statues, 3D name letters, fairy houses, cool backdrops. These are always a hit in photos.
- Any space can become a party zone - I can style indoor halls, lawns, whatever. I sort out tenting (rainproof too), flooring, themed furniture, linens, and lighting. You just show up.
- Activities match the vibe: bouncy castles, interactive games, craft stations, character meet-and-greets - all tied to the theme.
Just a Taste of Themes
Some parties I’ve done: Avengers, Transformers, Fairylands, Disney castles, monochrome Cars garages, Paw Patrol, Ice Cream Parlours, Boho Chic animals, Parisian patisseries, and more. If you want something wild or totally simple, I’m open.
