If you want more than just traditional patterns, my divine mehendi designs bring sacred figures like Ganesha and Krishna to life on your skin. These require focus and years of practice to get the expressions and proportions just right.

A beautiful dancing Ganesha figure on the palm, bringing blessings to the bride. Creating divine figures is a specialized skill I teach in my professional course.

See how a Ganesha figure is sketched from start to finish. I teach my students how to master the proportions and details needed for divine art.

A collection of my Krishna-themed work, from sketches of Radha-Krishna to a finished design of Krishna playing the flute. These are popular for devotional mehendi.

This video shows my process of recreating a portrait of Bal Krishna (baby Krishna) using henna, from the reference image to the final artwork.

About this collection

Getting a portrait or deity figure done is not like a standard floral trail. Because of the level of detail required, these designs take significantly more time to apply and need a very steady hand. When you book me for a divine figure, we usually start the planning process weeks ahead so we can map out exactly which figure fits best with your bridal set without cluttering the palm.

Creating Ganesha or Radha-Krishna figures on the palm is a different ball game. You cannot just copy-paste these; the anatomy, the jewelry, and the expression have to be perfect. When I work on these designs, I focus heavily on the look of the eyes and the stance of the deity, as these define the grace of the final piece.

Many brides ask for Ganesha to start their journey on an auspicious note. For others, a Krishna or Radha-Krishna theme represents love and devotion. Since these are intricate, I do not suggest mixing them with too many chaotic, dense fillers. I prefer a balanced approach where the main figure remains the highlight, surrounded by clean, complementary shading that enhances the image rather than distracting from it.

If you are looking to learn this, I cover these advanced figurative techniques in my Professional Bridal Course at my studio in Kalher, Thane. We spend days just practicing the anatomy of these figures before we even touch a henna cone. Whether you are a bride wanting a meaningful design or a student wanting to master this level of detail, my approach is always the same: precision first, speed later.
