About My Doodle & Activity Books
These aren't just standard colouring pages. I’ve filled every volume with prompts that invite kids to finish the story, like adding funny faces to my monster doodles or crafting their own bookmarks. It’s my way of making sure your little one feels like a co-creator, not just a colour-filler.
I started Shraddha Doodles because I wanted to show that art doesn't have to be perfect to be meaningful. When I sat down to create my Volume 1 Doodle Book, I kept one thing in mind: no rules.
Inside, you won't find rigid exercises. Instead, you'll find:
- Story-driven prompts: Pages where kids have to complete the drawing, which helps with confidence and independent thinking.
- Interactive crafts: Pages that aren't just for colouring but for cutting, folding, and turning into functional items like bookmarks or keychains.
- Alphabet play: I've added a few fun learning pages where kids can trace and colour, making the basics feel like a game.
Since I run this as a small, home-grown venture, I handle everything myself. When you order a book, it's not coming off a massive warehouse shelf. It’s coming from my studio, usually packed with a lot of love and a happy dance or two.
These books are perfect for screen-free time, especially when you need an engaging activity for a long afternoon or a travel trip. They work great for ages 5 and up, but I've seen younger kids enjoy the simpler colouring pages too. If you are looking to keep your child engaged without a tablet, this is exactly what I designed for.
