Law for me is not just about arguing cases - it’s about making a real difference. I practice at the Supreme Court and High Courts, and my goal is always justice with total transparency. Kabhi kabhi (sometimes), fighting for what’s right is tough, but that’s the point - the rule of law must win.

How I Spread Legal Awareness

I run Spreading Legal Awareness (SLA) to break down tough legal topics for everyone. Through shows on AIR, DD News, and Sansad TV, I talk about everything from consumer rights advocacy to new criminal laws. I answer questions directly, so people don’t feel lost in legal jargon.

What I Handle

• Real estate dispute resolution, especially on RERA and illegal construction, like the Noida Twin Tower case. Exposing corruption and getting action against doshi adhikariyon (guilty officials) matters to me.
• Insurance fraud litigation, including big cases for LIC. I’ve handled fraud where policies were taken for dead people and got criminal action ordered.
• Consumer & tenancy law - I help with Model Tenancy Act, 2021, and guide both tenants and landlords.
• Criminal law policy review, contributing to debates on capital punishment and laws to protect women.
• GST and tax law – I work as Senior Standing Counsel, making sure tax policy serves the public.

My Way of Resolving Disputes

Not every fight needs endless court dates. I support alternative dispute resolution India - mediation, arbitration, and conciliation. Courts can’t do it all; ADR saves time and stress.

Where I Work

Based in Delhi, but I go wherever the case takes me – Supreme Court, high courts all over India. No boundaries when it comes to justice.
