My Story
Main Sanjay K Chadha hoon. Supreme Court, High Court dono jagah advocate hoon. Bas ek simple vishwas hai - kanoon ka raaj hona chahiye. Isliye 'Spreading Legal Awareness' shuru kiya, All India Radio pe 100+ programs kiye, aam aadmi ko kanoon samjhaya. Law ke alawa, chess federation se juda hoon, Viswanathan Anand jaise legends se milna, ya art exhibitions inaugurate karna, sab kuch apna lagta hai. Society se connect rehna hi asli motivation hai.
My Work
Legal Practice in Courts - Supreme Court aur High Courts mein main Real Estate (RERA), Consumer Protection, insurance fraud litigation, tenancy laws, aur criminal law ke cases leta hoon.
Accountability & Big Cases - Noida twin tower demolition case jaise mamle liye. Kanoon todne walon ko sabak sikhana zaroori hai.
Alternative Dispute Resolution - Aadha se zyada disputes mediation, arbitration se jaldi suljha sakte hain. Judiciary ka load bhi kam hota hai.
