Nammuru Nammavaru: Grassroots Advocacy in Hangal
Real change happens on the ground. I work directly with the people of Hangal to listen, organize, and build strong local leadership that answers to us, not any party.
True leadership begins on the ground, walking with our people and listening to their concerns. Here, I am seen in a village within Hangal, engaging in a direct conversation with an elder, understanding the issues that matter most to our community. This is the foundation of my work.
An open discussion with members of the Hangal community. These meetings are crucial for understanding local issues firsthand and building a consensus for action. Every voice matters in our journey towards a self-reliant Hangal.
Addressing a gathering of local residents and supporters. My focus is always on fostering dialogue and ensuring that the concerns of 'namma jana' are heard and addressed. These grassroots meetings are the heart of the Nammuru Nammavaru movement.

Being felicitated by my people is the greatest honor. This moment from my birthday celebration is a reminder of the deep bond I share with the community and the responsibility that comes with their affection.

About Nammuru Nammavaru: Connecting with Our People
Every village visit I conduct is centered on documentation and genuine dialogue. During our four-hour ground visits, I do not just give speeches; I sit with elders, listen to community concerns, and have my team formally record grievances—from water access to road conditions—so we have a clear path for follow-up with the relevant authorities. If you are looking to host a dialogue in your area, my team ensures everything from the seating to the hospitality is handled properly so we can focus entirely on the issues at hand.
My work with Nammuru Nammavaru is built on a simple premise: we must show that we have the power to lead ourselves. Politics should remain among the people, not hidden away in courts or distant power centers. When I walk through villages, my goal is to bridge the gap between our daily struggles and the administrative support we deserve.
How We Work Together
When we organize, we maintain a focus on dignity and tangible impact:
- Grievance Recording: My team acts as a bridge, tracking local issues like infrastructure gaps or agricultural concerns. This legal approach to advocacy ensures your problems are not just heard, but documented for follow-up.
- Cultural Respect: We honor our roots. Whether it is offering respects at the local Grama Devate temple or ensuring our elders are seated with comfort at our gatherings, we respect the traditions that hold our community together.
- Youth Engagement: Through my work with the MY SEVA TRUST and local college visits, I push our students to value knowledge and responsibility. Mobilizing the next generation is the only way to ensure Hangal stands on its own feet.
Organizing an Event
I am available for various types of community-focused engagements, including village dialogues, youth rallies, and charity distribution drives. We provide the logistics—from sound rigs and stage setups to branded merchandise—to ensure our message of local leadership is communicated effectively.
I am not here to sell a political package; I am here to facilitate a movement. If you want to organize a gathering, a rally, or a discussion in your village, let us talk about how we can make that happen.
