We designed Ging as a quiet escape above the city traffic. When you dine with us, you are getting a mix of expansive skyline views, live music, and our signature take on Asian soul food. Whether you are coming in for a Sunday afternoon or a weeknight cocktail, the vibe shifts to match the time of day.
Sunday Brunch
Our Sunday brunch is where we lean into the feast mindset. We set up an unlimited buffet featuring over 85 global items. You will find live counters for pasta and wok dishes, alongside bamboo-steamed dim sums and fresh grills. The music is usually acoustic or lighter covers, keeping the energy upbeat but conversational. It is a full four-hour window, running from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
Dining & Drinks
For evening guests, we shift to a refined a la carte service. Our kitchen specializes in 'Asian soul food'—think flavorful khao suey, spicy noodle bowls, and small plates like chili pork or prawn hargao.
Our bar service is about more than just a drink. You will see our bartenders prepare cocktails with flair, often incorporating signature mixes like Blue Martinis or Whiskey Sours. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance if you have your heart set on a table near the terrace edge, as these spots have the clearest sightlines of the city lights and Cubbon Park.
