Lighting is the biggest challenge during evening cocktail parties. While the dance floor is bathed in neon lights or smoke machines, I use specific off-camera flash techniques to ensure your skin tones remain natural and sharp. You won't get grainy, unusable photos of your grand entrance or high-energy Sangeet performances.
Cocktail nights and engagement parties are fundamentally different from traditional ceremony photography. The environment is fast, dark, and crowded, which is why I bring a dedicated crew—often up to 7 professionals for full-day coverage—to handle the chaos. My team utilizes 4K cinematic cameras, gimbals, and dedicated drone operators to capture the spectacle of your grand entrance and the blur of the dance floor.
My approach to these events is reportage-style. I am not standing on the stage directing your every move; I am moving through the crowd, looking for the groom’s gang losing it during a performance, or a quiet, tender moment between the couple at the bar.
We provide high-resolution, color-corrected images that emphasize the mood of the evening, whether it is a moody, cinematic portrait session or a vibrant, energetic stage performance. For our full-day packages, we also include a 3-5 minute teaser and a longer cinematic highlight film, ensuring you have a narrative of the night to look back on, not just a series of random shots.
