Standard Choreography & Show Flow
Pre-Event Choreography
- Choreography Sessions: Up to 10-12 days of rehearsals at your venue or virtual sessions.
- Performance Count: Choreography for up to 12 performances including Solos, Duets, and Group Dances.
- Instructors: 1 Senior Choreographer plus 1 Assistant for on-ground teaching.
- Song Selection: Assistance in selecting popular Bollywood Commercial, Bhangra, and Pop tracks.
Technical & Music
- Music Editing: Basic track trimming, tempo adjustment, and sequential medley creation for the DJ.
- Practice Videos: Recorded videos of steps sent to family groups for remote practice.
On-Day Execution
- Stage Management: 1 Show Caller present to coordinate with the DJ and MC.
- Queue Management: Backstage lining up of family members to ensure zero dead air between performances.
- Final Rehearsal: One technical run-through on stage on the event afternoon.
