Competitive Equestrian Training in New Delhi
From the arena to the podium. I coach riders with the same intensity and discipline that brought my team to the national stage. Whether it is show jumping or tent pegging, you learn the hard way: by putting the horse first.
This video shows the results of hard work and dedication, featuring clips from both dressage and show jumping training sessions. I prepare my riders for the precision and athleticism required in equestrian competitions.
Foundational flatwork is key to success in any discipline. Here, riders practice control and rhythm over ground poles, an essential exercise for improving balance and coordination for both horse and rider.
About Competitive Equestrian Training
You will not find shortcuts here. In our competitive modules, we train like it is the national championship every single day, focusing on rhythm, biomechanics, and that split-second connection between you and the horse.
Our Approach to Competition
When you step into my arena in Ghitorni, forget about doing things just for the gram. We are here to build athletes. Whether you are aiming for the Delhi Horse Show or the Junior National Equestrian Championship, the foundation remains the same: total respect for the animal.
What Training Looks Like
My team handles the full spectrum of competitive disciplines:
- Show Jumping: We work on grid work and course navigation. It is about precision, judging distance, and trusting your horse to clear the fence.
- Tent Pegging: This is where speed and focus meet. We train with lance and sword, ensuring your seat is solid and your aim is true.
- Endurance: For those who want to push the limits, we train for long-distance pacing and building the stamina required for 60km events.
The Daily Grind
Expect 3 to 4 sessions a week. We do not just train the rider; we teach you how to groom, how to tack up, and how to read your horse's mood before you even mount. If you are serious about representing your state or the country, you need to understand horse psychology as well as you understand your own technique.
We provide access to performance-ready horses, including some of our own medal-winners. But remember, the horse gives you the wings, you provide the eyes. Aa jao, if you are ready to put in the hours, I am ready to coach.
