This research allows me to understand how ambient occlusion and global illumination impact the final output, providing a level of realism that standard rendering cannot achieve.

My Technical Approach
- Lighting Simulation: I focus on the accurate behavior of natural and artificial light. This includes testing IES profiles for mood lighting and HDRI setups for realistic exterior-to-interior light penetration.
- Material Fidelity: My research extends to the microscopic level of textures, such as the grain of timber or the reflectivity of stone, ensuring they appear authentic in 4K resolution.
- Compositional Theory: Drawing from my architectural background, I apply principles of proportion, balance, and focal points to every frame, ensuring the narrative of the space remains central to the visual experience.
