- Lighting: 2-3 LED Par cans for warm ambient wash and fairy lights for outdoor areas.
Seating & Furniture
- Floor Seating: Mattresses (gaddas) with crisp white sheets and bolster pillows.
- Chairs: 25-30 banquet chairs provided with clean covers and bows.
- Ritual Furniture: Includes one low-height wooden table (Bajot) for puja requirements.
Logistics
- Staff: Includes labor for same-day setup and dismantling.
- Transport: Logistics included within standard city radius.

- Emcee: Professional anchor to host games, manage flow, and coordinate cake cutting.
