- Backdrop: 10ft x 10ft fabric draping in pastel or white colors suitable for Satsang or Roka.
- Florals: Mix of Marigold strings and fragrant Tube Roses or Jasmine with framing for the deity or focal point.
- Lighting: 2-3 LED Par cans for warm ambient wash and fairy lights for outdoor areas.
Seating & Furniture
- Floor Seating: Mattresses (gaddas) with crisp white sheets and bolster pillows.
- Chairs: 25-30 banquet chairs provided with clean covers and bows.
- Ritual Furniture: Includes one low-height wooden table (Bajot) for puja requirements.
Logistics
- Staff: Includes labor for same-day setup and dismantling.
- Transport: Logistics included within standard city radius.

- DJ Services: Club-experienced DJ performing for 4-5 hours.
- Sound Setup: PA system suitable for 100 pax including top speakers, bass bin, console, and cordless mics.
- Dance Floor: 12ft x 12ft wooden or masked dance floor installation.
Event Management
- Emcee: Professional anchor to host games, manage flow, and coordinate cake cutting.
- Manpower: On-site manager to handle vendor logistics and party props for guests.
