About Cupping Therapy in Action

Before we start, I perform a quick assessment to determine if you need Dry Cupping for muscle release or Wet Cupping (Hijama) for deeper detoxification. Safety is the priority in my practice, so I use single-use, sterile blades and cups for every session. You will typically see circular skin marks (ecchymosis) afterward, which are a normal part of the process and fade within 3 to 7 days.
