About

Movement is medicine, straight up. I love seeing people go from stuck to strong - like when Suresh told me, “nanna health isshugalella kadimeyagi... normal paristhithige bandide” (my health issues have reduced... things are back to normal). For athletes, my goal is simple: train smart, avoid getting sidelined, and stay in the game for longer.

How the Training Works

Your sport is the focus. We start with a functional movement assessment to set a clear baseline. Then it’s all about building your foundation:

  • Sports-specific strength training using weights, TRX, resistance bands, and bodyweight moves
  • Speed and agility workouts with outdoor drills and sport-tailored sessions
  • Strong emphasis on endurance and real-world power

Staying Injury-Free

Getting injured sucks. I design every session to put athlete injury prevention first. With a qualified physiotherapist on board, your program is backed by biomechanics knowledge. We fix imbalances, address overuse problems, and teach proven recovery techniques for athletes - foam rolling, stretching, and solid rest habits.

My Story

We’re Body Edit. Our whole thing? Move your body, feel alive. In our studio, it’s not just about sweating it out - it’s about laughing together, trekking on weekends, celebrating with Zumba, and watching folks become friends. Trainers like Dr. Nisha, Pooja, Harshitha - super qualified, but also real people who care. Manjula found her dance groove again, Suresh says 'kaalugalige, kaigalige... sakashtu chaitanya bandide' (legs, hands... so much energy now). That’s what keeps us going.
