For athletes, my goal is simple: train smart, avoid getting sidelined, and stay in the game for longer.
Your sport is the focus. We start with a functional movement assessment to set a clear baseline. Then it’s all about building your foundation:
Getting injured sucks. I design every session to put athlete injury prevention first. With a qualified physiotherapist on board, your program is backed by biomechanics knowledge. We fix imbalances, address overuse problems, and teach proven recovery techniques for athletes - foam rolling, stretching, and solid rest habits.
I work with athletes and performers at all levels. Young, experienced, solo or whole teams - if you’re dedicated, I’m here for you. Locations at Anjanapura and Padmanabhanagar.
