Movement's always been my answer for most things. I look at personal training as a way to help you get back to feeling good in your body—whether that means less pain, more strength, or just playing with your kids without huffing and puffing. Like one of my clients said, "nanna health isshugalella kadimeyagi... normal paristhithige bandide" (my health issues have reduced... things are back to normal). That’s what sticks with me.

What You Get

  • Full focus on you—no group distractions, just proper one-on-one workout support.
  • Every session and plan is built after a custom fitness assessment, so nothing's generic. If you’ve got a sore knee, chronic back pain, or you’re an athlete chasing that extra edge, I tweak everything to fit.
  • I’ll push you when you need it, but I get that motivation dips sometimes. I’m here for the ups and downs.

How I Train

  • Functional strength training is the base. Expect dumbbells, bodyweight, TRX, ropes, sleds—whatever suits your goals and keeps things interesting.
  • Mobility work is part of every session; stretching and moving right matter as much as lifting heavy.
  • Injury rehab exercises and corrective moves are woven in for folks dealing with pain or coming back from injuries. We’ve got a physio in the team for the tricky stuff.

My Story

We’re Body Edit. Our whole thing? Move your body, feel alive. In our studio, it’s not just about sweating it out - it’s about laughing together, trekking on weekends, celebrating with Zumba, and watching folks become friends. Trainers like Dr. Nisha, Pooja, Harshitha - super qualified, but also real people who care. Manjula found her dance groove again, Suresh says 'kaalugalige, kaigalige... sakashtu chaitanya bandide' (legs, hands... so much energy now). That’s what keeps us going.
