At Body Edit, I honestly believe that movement is the best medicine. The goal isn’t just to get everyone sweaty and tired - it’s about building a body that feels strong and free from nagging aches or too many pills. I want workouts to be a part of your day you actually look forward to, not something you drag your feet to.

All Kinds of Classes

Routine gets boring fast, so I’ve got a mix of group cardio dance workouts, strength and flexibility group sessions, and even some offbeat stuff. Here’s how we keep it fresh:

  • Strength & functional training: circuits, weights, and moves that actually help you in real life.
  • Yoga and pilates: sometimes chill, sometimes intense, always aiming for that mind-body connect.
  • Dance and cardio: Zumba, DANZOBICS, Step Aerobics - just pure fun and sweat.
  • Specialty: TRX, kick boxing, Animal Flow - mix it up, challenge yourself.

Online or In-Person, Your Call

Whether you want to join in from Padmanabhanagar, JP Nagar, Anjanapura, Chamrajpet, or just your living room, we’ve got hybrid group workout classes set up. Early mornings or late evenings, there’s always a batch running.

The Vibe

The best part? The people. You show up, and suddenly you’re not alone. There’s always someone to push you and celebrate every little win. Like Suresh says, "nanna health isshugalella kadimeyagi... BP, sugar... normal paristhithige bandide" (my BP and sugar are back to normal, health problems have come down). That’s what keeps me going.

My Story

We’re Body Edit. Our whole thing? Move your body, feel alive. In our studio, it’s not just about sweating it out - it’s about laughing together, trekking on weekends, celebrating with Zumba, and watching folks become friends. Trainers like Dr. Nisha, Pooja, Harshitha - super qualified, but also real people who care. Manjula found her dance groove again, Suresh says 'kaalugalige, kaigalige... sakashtu chaitanya bandide' (legs, hands... so much energy now). That’s what keeps us going.

Fitness For All Ages - Women’s batches, senior citizen fitness, athlete strength, karate, and summer camps for kids.

Fun Approach to Fitness - Swiss balls, resistance bands, mix it up - exercise should be fun, not a chore.

Complete Well Being - 75-day healthy eating, Self Myofascial Release workshop, stretches for desk jobs.
