About

Movement is medicine, but everyone needs their own dose. I design specialized fitness programs for different groups because I see how the right kind of movement can change lives. Fitness isn’t about pushing everyone through the same drills - it’s about finding what works for you.

For Seniors

My senior mobility fitness classes focus on gentle yoga, Pilates, and light strength work. I also add breathing techniques and outdoor sessions for that real feel-good factor. The aim is to help seniors stay independent, steady on their feet, and pain-free as long as possible.

For Kids

With kids, it’s all about making fitness fun. Yoga, circuit training, animal flow, and games keep them moving and laughing. Special summer camps with dance, hula-hooping, and art ensure healthy habits stick without ever feeling boring.

For Women

I run a women-only strength training batch in Chamrajpet where community matters as much as the workout. Here, it’s not about how you look but building strength, boosting energy, and supporting each other through life’s busy days.

What Keeps Me Going

Members say things like, “nanna health isshugalella kadimeyagi... BP, sugar... normal paristhithige bandide” (my health issues have reduced... BP, sugar... have come to a normal state). That’s the kind of impact I want from every session.

My Story

We’re Body Edit. Our whole thing? Move your body, feel alive. In our studio, it’s not just about sweating it out - it’s about laughing together, trekking on weekends, celebrating with Zumba, and watching folks become friends. Trainers like Dr. Nisha, Pooja, Harshitha - super qualified, but also real people who care. Manjula found her dance groove again, Suresh says 'kaalugalige, kaigalige... sakashtu chaitanya bandide' (legs, hands... so much energy now). That’s what keeps us going.
