Movement is medicine for me, but it's nothing without solid knowledge. I care about building real coaches, not just trainers with a certificate. If you want to start a career in fitness or just sharpen your skills, I keep it practical and honest.

What Learning With Me Looks Like

  • No yawning through lectures here. Expect to get on your feet, practice techniques, and get feedback right away.
  • Most of the training happens in the studio. Real mats, real people, real situations.
  • You’ll mess up sometimes - that's normal. I believe in learning by doing, not just reading.

  • Starting out? My foundational workshop covers everything you need to know to begin coaching safely.
  • Already a pro? I run short, focused workshops for upgrading your toolkit - think advanced corrective exercise course and recovery techniques like Self Myofascial Release.

Skills You’ll Pick Up

  • How to do fitness assessments (sit-up and flexibility tests, etc.) the right way
  • Nailing the form for basics like lunges and stretches and knowing how to fix someone’s posture safely
  • Loads of peer practice - you’ll actually coach, not just watch

My Story

We’re Body Edit. Our whole thing? Move your body, feel alive. In our studio, it’s not just about sweating it out - it’s about laughing together, trekking on weekends, celebrating with Zumba, and watching folks become friends. Trainers like Dr. Nisha, Pooja, Harshitha - super qualified, but also real people who care. Manjula found her dance groove again, Suresh says 'kaalugalige, kaigalige... sakashtu chaitanya bandide' (legs, hands... so much energy now). That’s what keeps us going.
