What Our Maintenance Includes:

• Deep Cleaning: 12 monthly cycles using soft-bristle telescopic brushes and treated water to remove caked-on dust without scratching the glass.
• Bi-Annual Technical Audits: We perform a complete health check, including thermal spot checks with IR thermometers to identify internal cell damage, and tightening of all electrical connections to prevent hazards.
• Remote Performance Tracking: We track your system’s uptime from our office. If the system stops generating power, we know immediately and deploy a team to your site, often before you realize there is a problem.
• Detailed Reporting: You receive human-verified generation reports and PDF audits, which are essential for those tracking savings or claiming government benefits.
