We handle the transport from Bangalore, the forest permits, and the meals, so you can focus entirely on the activities.

How We Structure the Learning

Every trek follows a flow designed to build soft skills:

• Situation Reaction Tasks: We throw real-world scenarios at your group mid-trek to test how you respond under pressure.
• Leadership Modules: Students rotate roles to lead parts of the trail or organize camp setups.
• Debrief Sessions: This is the most important part. We sit down after the hike to analyze what went right, what went wrong, and how the team communicated. It turns a day out into a practical management lesson.

Safety and Logistics

We keep a ratio of 1 trek leader for every 10 to 12 participants. Our leaders are trained in mountaineering and first aid, ensuring that while the students are pushed out of their comfort zones, they are always within a safe boundary. We provide non-AC transport from Bangalore, standard camping tents, and vegetarian meals throughout the trip. Whether you are a student club or an engineering department, we tailor the difficulty to suit your group's current experience level.
