Featured Mehendi Artistry and Modern Henna Designs
A glimpse into my favorite creations. From intricate bridal details to clean, modern aesthetics, this collection showcases the range of styles and personal stories I love to draw.
This jewellery inspired mehendi is one of my favorite styles. It features a delicate finger design with traditional motifs like the elephant, jhumka, and peacock, creating a unique and modern look that's perfect for any celebration.
For my beautiful bride who wanted a minimal yet meaningful design. We incorporated her and her partner's initials, "JB," into this elegant bridal mehendi, proving that simplicity can make the biggest statement.
A timeless classic. This design features a bold lotus motif at the center of the palm, surrounded by delicate dots. The fingers are adorned with intricate bands, blending traditional fullness with modern minimalism.
Your feet deserve beautiful adornments too. This is a perfect example of a minimal yet striking foot mehendi, featuring majestic peacocks within a traditional jharokha frame and delicate jaal work on the toes.
I love the modern elegance of cut work mehendi. This design features a beautiful rose patterned wristband and matching floral details on the fingertips, leaving negative space for a chic and contemporary feel.
The magic of natural henna is in the stain. This video shows the journey of my 100% organic henna paste, from the initial application to the rich, deep stain that develops over three days. No chemicals, just pure, beautiful color.
This design is a celebration of intricate details. A dense pattern of lotus florals created with negative space flows into a delicate jaal net, showing how a full hand design can still feel modern and graceful.
About Featured
Every design you see here is crafted with 100% organic, chemical-free Sojat henna, mixed with clove and eucalyptus oil. This approach ensures you get that deep, rich mahogany stain without any skin irritation or artificial additives. Whether you prefer a minimal motif or intricate bridal work, the long-term quality of the stain is just as important to me as the initial design.
My approach to mehendi is simple: it should be personal, safe, and beautiful. This featured collection is a mix of the styles I love to create, ranging from bridal artistry to quick, festive designs.
My Design Philosophy
I believe mehendi is about storytelling. If you look closely at these photos, you will notice different techniques:
- Negative Space & Cut-Work: This is for those who love a modern, tattoo-like aesthetic. By using henna to outline patterns rather than fill them, we create a high-contrast look that feels very contemporary.
- Jewellery-Inspired Motifs: I often incorporate elements like hanging jhumkas or hathphool chains directly into the henna. It blends the temporary art of mehendi with the permanence of jewellery, perfect for engagements or sangeet functions.
- Bridal Storytelling: My bridal work often features personalized elements like the couple’s initials, a representation of their journey, or specific motifs that hold meaning for them.
The Importance of Natural Henna
Everything you see in this gallery is applied using only pure, natural henna. I never use chemical 'instant' henna cones, as those can cause skin reactions and fade into an unnatural, patchy orange. The deep, rich reddish-brown stains you see in these photos develop naturally over 24 to 48 hours after application.
I travel across Mumbai and Pune for events, bringing this same standard of care to your home or venue. Whether you need a simple, minimal design for a festival or a detailed bridal piece, I take the time to ensure the henna is mixed correctly and applied with precision. Let’s talk about the design you have in mind for your upcoming celebration.
