Pricing Guide
Rotax Championship Round Entry
Core Race Access
- FMSCI Sanctioned Slot: Official entry into the National Championship or Meritus Cup round.
- Track Schedule: Access for Official Practice (Friday), Qualifying, Heats, Pre-Finals, and Finals (Saturday-Sunday).
- Scrutineering: Technical document verification and kart safety checks.
Mandatory Technical Supply
- Race Tyres: 1 Set of organizer-controlled Slick Tyres (Mojo/MRF) specific to the event.
- Fuel & Consumables: Supply of controlled high-octane fuel and 2T oil mixture for all official sessions.
- Timing Hardware: Rental of transponder for official lap timing and sector analysis.
Event Infrastructure
- Safety Cover: FMSCI standard medical support, ambulances, and recovery marshals.
- Paddock Area: Designated space for team setup and mechanics.
- Broadcast: Professional live stream of the race weekend.
Critical Exclusions
- The Race Kart: Driver must own or rent a Rotax-spec kart separately.
- Pit Crew: Mechanic and technical support are not included.
- Liabilities: Crash damage repairs and annual FMSCI license fees.
Sodi Endurance Team Entry
Turnkey Racing Package
- Kart Provision: Rental of a race-prepped Sodi Kart (Honda GX 270 4-Stroke) for the full event.
- Consumables: Includes all necessary fuel, oil, and tyre wear.
- Track Time: 120 Minutes (2 Hours) of Endurance Racing plus approx 20-30 mins practice/qualifying.
Race Format & Management
- Team Structure: Entry valid for a roster of 2 to 4 drivers per kart.
- Race Style: Le Mans start with mandatory pit stops and driver changes.
- Officiating: FIA/FMSCI certified race director, timekeepers, and track marshals.
- Parity: Ballast weight boxes used to ensure minimum driver weight (70kg) equality.
Rewards & Requirements
- Podium: Trophies and medals for top 3 finishing teams.
- Safety Gear: Drivers typically expected to bring personal DOT/Snell rated helmets and suits.
- Damage Policy: Participants are financially liable for physical damage to the kart caused by accidents.

How We Run Karting Championships
- I handle everything from season kickoff to the last chequered flag, not just one-off events. That means planning multi-round national karting series, moving from Bangalore to Chennai, and Coimbatore and back.
- Our race weekends are tight, with practice, qualifiers, heats, and the main finals - all run to FMSCI’s karting championship safety standards.
- Logistics in India can get tricky, but we’ve got it dialed, moving equipment, teams, and officials to top circuits like Meco Kartopia, CoASTT, and MIKA.

My Story
We’re Meco Motorsports. Engines roaring, rubber burning, adrenaline – that’s our vibe. We started out wanting to give Indian motorsport a real shot, not just big names but the kid next door with dreams. Organizing India’s first Karting Cup, seeing raw talent go from Coimbatore to Chennai, it’s what keeps us going. We’re all about building a community, finding future champions, and putting Indian karting out there. This is our race, and we’re not slowing down.
